After signing up for the free trial, providing a credit card and now being placed on an auto shipment of which I did not request - I had no choice but to cancel my credit card as the only way to stop this illegal scam. Shame on me and "buyer beware" as they say.

No phone numbers work, and no response. I submitted a report to the consumer protection agency, however they cannot help to refund the $ charged. They advised to cancel the credit card which is not ideal however the only method to stop this recurring charge.

The US company will not answer their phone either. Spread the word - a major SCAM that hooks you with great graphics and false science.

Last November I agreed to go on your free trial, before the due date, I phoned to cancel next shipment , the person I spoke to not only sent me another bottle, without an invoice , but charged me for it, I do not want anymore, ever, I wish to get my money refunded, yesterday I tried to ring the number given, operator says it's the wrong number, I'm not happy seeing $106.00 was taken from my account. There is no way I can contact anyone to rectify this problem, I shall be taking further legal action if my money us not refunded.

your going to pay for a mistake that they will say you should have read the fine print. If its free then probio should pay the price not me.

Have tried to get onto this company to cancel my order, their address in Victoria has no phone number or email address & when you call the number on the end of the invoice, it goes to America

I'm not experiencing any difference have not lost weight not to mention the 45 dollars that wad taken out of my account yesterday without my permission I started out with a free trial never said I wanted it every month.. I want my money refunded asap and no more pills.. Denise D

Like all the other disillusioned customers, I got caught by what seems to be a scam. I received the try program three days ago and got my credit card debited today, after having had 6 pills which had no effect whatsoever.

I did not have a chance to actually try the product before making the decision to continue or not.

The good news is that I received the ProbioSlim Welcome Brochure for FREE. I plan to have it framed and displayed in the toilet to remind me of what a fool I have been.

I now place a formal complaint with the Consumer Affairs.

This is a scam, I have never received any product and despite emsiling and calling they continue to debit my account. Looks lije I will have to explore kegal action to retrieve my money and stop them making further deductions

As with the customer p...... off, I too have been charged $69.95 plus $9.95 postage American, but the amount that appeared on my statement was $109.03.

I can only blame myself for being so *** as to believe these American sites that claim to perform the miraculous and rip us off for supplying them our bank details. They know we can do nothing from here so foolishly us gullible Aussies continue to become victims to their dishonest scams.

Does anyone know if there is anyone we can contact to maybe get our money refunded? Also it is impossible to speak to anyone, there is always a recorded message and you cannot leave a message from them to contact us.

I to fell for the free trail. Then the monthly order came in the cost on the invoice was $79.98 however when checking my credit card it show $105.93 what a rip off.

The only way you can contact them is by an 1800 number here in Australia however all you get is some guy saying how good the product is. It is one big scam. I want my money back also Australian beware of this company.

I am going to name and shame them on facebook.

The probioslim does not work and is a load of ***. They need to spell out that 69.99 + postage of 9.99 is us and not Australian dollars.

For some reason, after having put on a few pounds, I saw and fell for the free sample deal with Probioslim. That fact that the products doesn't work, at least for me, isn't the issue.

The big issue is that I'm being charged around $104 AU per month and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. No one answers the phone in Australia--I've tried a few dozen times--and the message is always "Our office is currently closed. Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Eastern time . . . ." and that's when I've called.

What does one do?

Pay this exorbitant charge for nothing (I've taken to not accepting the monthly delivery for the past two months) for the rest of my life? Help please?

I heard about this product on Talk Radio on Saturday Morning. Signed up for it right when I was doing Fitness Training (H.I.I.T) after doing HIIT for a month realized I didn't need the product as everything was working well.

Didn't Open the Product. Called Several Times either in the *** and then they close as it is 8pm. OR I call and the Systems are down. OR I call and they are doing a System Update.

Called a few times as I didn't have time to look up the Return Number to call, so called the Main Number for them to NOT even be able to transfer me, I had to hang up and dial the Return Number. I don't have time to be looking up a Return Number on the fly while in the car. So I finally get someone today, who is going to give me 60% back, on unopened products and has the audacity to tell me they have a 2 year Shelf Life, but he doesn't want them and then out of the other side of his neck offers me another product. What The What!?

Seriously? I am still discombobulated over that one.
